Benased Paediatric Cough Syrup 60ml is an oral cough preparation . It is formulated for symptomatic relief of selected cough complaints, particularly productive coughs, where mucus is present. The syrup combines an antihistamine with ingredients used in cough preparations to help relieve irritation and support mucus clearance.
Active ingredients
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 7mg: An antihistamine that reduces the effects of histamine and may relieve associated symptoms such as a runny nose and sneezing. It can cause drowsiness.
Sodium citrate 28.5mg: An ingredient used in cough preparations to help relieve cough symptoms.
